Job Description
Tuxcentrix Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Junior Cyber Security Engineer (Fresher) to join its cybersecurity compliance and ISMS implementation team. This role focuses on Information Security audits, ISO 27001 implementation, regulatory compliance support, and risk assessment activities.
It is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain, with hands-on exposure to real-time audit and compliance projects. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in ISO 27001:2022 implementation projects.
- Support preparation of policies, SOPs, and ISMS documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Assist in risk assessments and preparation of risk registers.
- Support regulatory audit documentation (RBI / SEBI / UIDAI).
- Collect audit evidence and validate security controls.
- Coordinate with clients for audit-related activities.
- Prepare audit reports and compliance summaries.
Job Requirements
• Basic understanding of Information Security concepts.
• Foundational knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 (preferred).
• Understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Good documentation and report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Eligibility:
• B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / M.Sc (Cyber Security / IT / Computer Science).
• MBA (Systems / IT / Operations) may also apply.
• Freshers are eligible.
• ISO 27001 Foundation or Lead Auditor certification (advantage but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit processes.
• Interest in banking and financial sector audits.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
