Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team at ECC Solutions. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, ensuring seamless operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer systems.
  • Diagnose hardware/software faults and resolve technical problems.
  • Answer customer inquiries and fulfill their technical requirements promptly.
  • Coordinate activities with network services and other information systems groups.
  • Organize and maintain the data center inventory and assets.
  • Regulate and control data center access according to operational procedures.
  • Receive and deliver customer equipment.
  • Escalate major problems or requests to other operations groups.
  • Follow up on pending requests and incidents with other operations groups.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs with vendors.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Preference for Cairo, Ain Shams University, and ITI graduates).
• 1+ years of experience in the IT field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English is a MUST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT support roles, particularly in managing data centers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
