Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is an outsourced position and requires an individual with a strong background in IT support, specifically within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems and software.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of IT resources.
  • Ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime of IT services.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to end-users as needed.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (BTech/BE preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and various technical support procedures.
• Must be available in the UAE and able to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Experience with outsourced IT support roles.
