Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and improve system performance.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Job Requirements

• 4 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
