Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a long-term contract role, and we are looking for someone who can join immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
  • Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
