Job Description
NeoLotex Business Solutions is looking for a highly skilled IT Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization’s digital infrastructure through incident response, security analysis, and threat intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in incident response and security investigations.
- Perform malware and event log analysis, and analyze network protocols.
- Leverage industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, D3FEND, and NIST 800-61 for threat detection and response.
- Ensure robust cloud security and monitoring across platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Integrate security tools and services into case management or ticketing systems.
- Work with technologies such as Splunk, Microsoft Defender, Qualys, and more to manage security threats and hunting.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in an IT Security Analyst or Incident Response role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security, network protocols, and malware analysis.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST 800-61, and security monitoring best practices.
• Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset when working with internal and external users.
• Experience with integrating technologies and services into case management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as GCIH, CSA+, CEH, GIAC, GSEC, ECIH, CSA, or GCFA.
• Experience with tools like Splunk, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Qualys, and Cloud Security platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Additional experience with Automox, Axonius, Threat Hunting, and Cyber Threat Intelligence is a plus.
