Job Description
We are urgently looking for an IT Sales Coordinator to join our team at Ad Astra HR Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales coordination within the IT industry and will be responsible for supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints.
- Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- Responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.
Job Requirements
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in IT software/hardware industry.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
