Job Description:
Join our team at G.T. Enterprises as an IT-Infrastructure Support specialist. We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 to 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Physical, Virtual, and Azure Servers (HP, Dell, IBM Blade, Huawei, and Cisco Blade Servers) and Storage (Dell Data Domain, IBM, HP Enterprise Storages, Huawei, and Azure Storage).
• Implement, manage, and monitor Nutanix AHV, Hyper V Clusters, VMWare ESXI, SCCM, and SCVMM.
• Deploy and configure Virtual Machines (Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi, and Azure) and Clou.
• Manage and maintain Office 365 (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams (Enterprise Voice), Intune) and Azure.
• Design, plan, and perform email & domain migrations.
• Manage and Maintain Active Directory (Multi-domain, Multi-forest, and Multi-site), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Advanced File Servers, Microsoft VDI, RADIUS, NPS, and RDS.
• Manage and Maintain Egnyte Hybrid Could.
• Deploy and maintain Egnyte Storage Sync for the Site.
• Deploy and Maintain Endpoint Security.
• Manage and maintain SolarWinds ARM, SolarWinds Orion, SolarWinds MFTP.
• Manage, maintain, and monitor Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam Backup & Replication, and Dell EMC Networker.
• Monitor and review system logs and error checks.
• Manage and monitor Azure Sentinel.
• Provide Infrastructure support for Sister Companies, Sites, and Projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• 8 to 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in managing various server environments and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent.
• Experience working with Egnyte and SolarWinds products.
• Familiarity with Azure Sentinel and other cloud-based security tools.
