Job Description

Techcarrot FZ LLC is looking for an IT Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in managing and troubleshooting IT systems and equipment, with hands-on experience in improving IT processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows 7/10/11 operating systems.
  • Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and tablets.
  • Create and manage system images.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of MS Office.
  • Identify and implement IT process improvements to enhance system performance.
Job Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Expertise in Windows operating systems (7/10/11).
• Strong technical knowledge of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience with IT process improvement and system image creation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
