Job Description
As the IT Control Testing Manager at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in managing risk and control environments within Wholesale IT. Your primary responsibilities will include timely delivery of IT control testing, identification of key risks, and supporting control owners to ensure compliance. You will collaborate with team members for targeted control reviews covering WS IT risks and deliver findings to Senior Management. Additionally, you will provide consultancy on control management and address ad hoc requests from Senior Management. Your role will also involve inspiring and engaging teams for high performance and inclusivity, while ensuring compliance with policies and promoting a positive control culture.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in IT operational risk management, internal control, or internal audit, preferably in banking operations or IT.
• Strong experience in process assessment, with excellent communication, collaboration, innovation, and risk management skills.
• Qualifications like CISM, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are optional but preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
CISM, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent certifications.
