Job Description

The Intern for the Certified Cybercop Program will assist in various aspects of cybersecurity training and support. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. The intern will work closely with the cybersecurity team to learn and contribute to ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of cybersecurity training materials.
  • Support the team in conducting cybersecurity assessments and audits.
  • Help monitor and respond to security incidents and threats.
  • Participate in research and analysis of emerging cybersecurity trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop cybersecurity best practices and policies.
  • Provide support in the implementation of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a UG/PG program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or equivalent.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
