Job Description:
TeamLease RegTech is in immediate need of an Information Security Officer to join our team. As an Information Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization’s information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain security standards such as NIST 800-53, SOC, and ISO 27001.
• Conduct compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Conduct application security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address security concerns and implement security measures.
• Conduct secure code reviews to identify and remediate security flaws.
• Assist in vulnerability analysis and mitigation efforts.
• Provide expertise in offensive security testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
• Publish assessment reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT or equivalent field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in information security.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
• Experience implementing security controls from recognized frameworks.
• Information security certifications are a plus.
• Experience with application security assessments.
• Strong Linux skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
• Experience with offensive security testing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies.
