Job Description
Minds United is seeking a skilled Information Security Architect to join our team in Bahrain. As part of a rapidly evolving industry, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of our banking systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security strategies to safeguard banking infrastructure.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
- Provide recommendations for security enhancements and lead security improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information security.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security protocols.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in information security (8 to 15 years) with a focus on the banking sector.
• Expertise in risk assessment, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Strong knowledge of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
• Ability to design and implement secure architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Master’s degree in Information Security or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud security and emerging technologies.
