IAM OKTA Specialist – India / Remote – 3 to 7 Years Experience

LTIMindtree is looking for an experienced IAM OKTA Specialist to join our Cybersecurity team. If you have expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) using OKTA and can join within 30 days, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage OKTA IAM solutions for enterprise security.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Federation.
- Monitor and optimize IAM policies, access controls, and user lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform security assessments, and enforce compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security frameworks and automation.
Job Requirements
• 3-7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with OKTA.
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
• Hands-on experience with IAM automation, API integration, and user provisioning.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO27001, and Zero Trust Architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as OKTA Certified Professional/Administrator, CISSP, CISM, or IAM-related certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, security-driven environment.
