IAM Engineer – IBM Verify Security Consultant – Dubai – 3 to 5 Years Experience

Alcon Cyber Security Consultancy is seeking an experienced On-Site Engineer with a strong background in IBM Verify to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with IBM Verify, focusing on installation, configuration, integration, and support of the solution in complex IT environments. This role requires a professional who can work closely with clients to customize solutions, provide training, and ensure the smooth deployment and operation of the IBM Verify solution.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Configuration:

• Lead the installation and configuration of IBM Verify solutions.
• Ensure that the solution is set up according to best practices and tailored to the client’s environment.

2. Integration Support:

• Provide hands-on support for integrating IBM Verify with existing systems and applications.
• Work closely with the client’s IT teams to ensure seamless integration with minimal disruption to operations.

3. Customization:

• Customize workflows, policies, and access controls to meet the client’s specific needs.

4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Issue Resolution:

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) by collaborating with stakeholders to validate that the solution meets the defined requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during UAT and post-implementation.

5. Technical Support & Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the IBM Verify solution.
• Monitor system performance, implement updates, and perform regular health checks to ensure optimal operation.

6. Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on-site, ensuring their needs are met and issues are promptly addressed.
• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
