CyberSRC Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced GRC Practice Lead to spearhead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead strategic efforts in risk management, regulatory compliance, and policy development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of GRC strategies and frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee risk assessments and mitigation planning across projects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the GRC team.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored GRC solutions.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Proven track record of leading and delivering GRC projects.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CGEIT.
• Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role.
