ATG – The Human Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Director of Information Security (IS) to lead and manage the organization’s security initiatives. As the Director of IS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems. You will design and implement security strategies to protect against cyber threats, manage risk, and align security efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead information security strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and oversee all aspects of cybersecurity across the organization
- Identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate security practices into business operations
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches
- Lead the information security team, providing mentorship and strategic direction
- Oversee security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
- Ensure the protection of critical data and sensitive information
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in an information security leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and regulations
• Strong understanding of risk management, incident response, and compliance
• Experience with network security, cloud security, and data protection
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar
• Experience with advanced threat intelligence and security technologies
