Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee data privacy policies and frameworks in compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
- Lead privacy risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Manage OneTrust and BigID for data privacy and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with global data protection laws.
- Stay updated on emerging privacy regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance on privacy risks, mitigation strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor teams on data privacy principles and best practices.
Job Requirements
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Data Privacy, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA regulations.
• Hands-on experience with OneTrust and BigID.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, or CIPT.
• Experience working in audit or consulting firms.
