Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience, specializing in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other cybersecurity frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect our clients’ sensitive information and systems. This role will be based at our Kanjurmarg Mumbai location and will require working from the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the implementation of security measures.
  • Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees.
Job Requirements

• Proficiency in ISMS, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other relevant cybersecurity standards.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing cybersecurity protocols and procedures.
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex security issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as finance, healthcare, or government.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
