Cyber Security Trainer (Full-Time) – Bangalore – 2 to 3 Years Experience

HackerBook Technologies is expanding its Cyber Security team and is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Cyber Security Trainers to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in networking, system administration, and Security Operations Center (SOC) domains.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for learners.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions on CCNA, System Administration, and SOC Analyst modules.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical lab exercises.
- Guide students through real-world cybersecurity scenarios and case studies.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies.
Job Requirements
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Networking, System Administration, or SOC operations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools and incident monitoring processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CEH, CCNA, or CSA (Certified SOC Analyst).
• Prior experience as a technical trainer or instructor.
• Exposure to real-time security operations and enterprise environments.
