Talent Connect Group (TCG) is hiring a Cyber Security Specialist for a prestigious government project in Dubai. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to safeguard infrastructure, applications, and data against evolving cyber threats. Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and in-depth incident investigations
- Monitor and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and other critical security systems
- Respond to security incidents and implement effective threat mitigation strategies
- Design and implement data protection, encryption, and disaster recovery protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and ISR
- Lead security incident response efforts and enforce robust security policies
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity
• Proficiency in network security, threat analysis, and risk management
• Strong command of security tools, network protocols, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working with compliance and governance frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or CISM
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Prior experience in government or large-scale enterprise security projects is a plus
