Job Description
Zero Hacksgiven is urgently hiring a Cyber Security Intern to lead and support cybersecurity strategy, assessments, implementation initiatives, and ongoing client engagements. This role blends technical cybersecurity knowledge with governance, client interaction, research, and business awareness.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working across multiple projects, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to cybersecurity frameworks and training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and control frameworks
- Support security services delivery and cybersecurity wargaming exercises
- Develop cybersecurity training frameworks, research materials, and security-focused content
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including internal leadership
- Assist in business development activities, including identifying potential clients, supporting RFP responses, and proposal preparation
- Contribute to ongoing cybersecurity initiatives and implementation projects
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science (mandatory)
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel client projects and meet deadlines
• High adaptability to dynamic and client-driven requirements
• Excellent documentation, communication, PowerPoint, and Excel skills (must-have)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity governance and risk management
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
• Interest in cybersecurity strategy and advisory roles
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
