Job Description
We are excited to offer a great opportunity for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Unity Small Finance Bank, one of the fastest-growing retail banks. The role involves leading and managing the bank’s Information and Cyber Security functions to safeguard critical assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Cyber Security and Information Security Technology Environment (CSITE) management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations, circulars, and directives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory interactions related to information and cyber security.
- Implement and monitor advanced security tools and solutions used in banking and large NBFC formats.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage risk assessment and incident response processes.
Job Requirements
• Significant hands-on experience (18-20 years) in Information and Cyber Security.
• Proven experience working with banks and large NBFCs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience interacting with regulatory bodies on security matters.
• Practical experience in deploying and managing security solutions and tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry-recognized certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP).
• Prior experience in retail banking security environment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
