Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS Step Functions, Lambda, Python, SQL, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC). As an AWS Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data processing systems in AWS.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AWS data processing systems
  • Develop and maintain AWS Step Functions and Lambda functions
  • Write efficient and maintainable Python and SQL code
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) for AWS resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance
  • Optimize data processing workflows for scalability and cost-efficiency
Job Requirements

• 10 to 11 years of experience in data engineering
• Strong expertise in AWS Step Functions and Lambda
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification
• Experience with other AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
