Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Manager to join our team at Morpheus Human Consulting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing support for BFSI applications, particularly with a focus on Omnifin and Uno Lending Solutions.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Omnifin and Uno Lending Solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Loan Origination, Loan Management, GA/GL Systems, Collection Solutions, Payment Solutions, and BFSI Mobile Applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document and maintain support processes and procedures.
Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in application support, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Omnifin and Uno Lending Solutions is preferred.
• Certification or coursework in Fintech and Automation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Certifications or Certificate Courses in Fintech and Automation.
