We are seeking a skilled Application Security Engineer with expertise in Application Security (AppSec) and Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). The role is client-facing and based in Navi Mumbai, providing a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the security domain.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on client applications.
- Identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in client software.
- Collaborating with development teams to implement security best practices.
- Preparing detailed reports on security findings and suggesting remediation strategies.
- Staying updated with the latest security trends, tools, and technologies.
Job Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Application Security and VAPT.
• Strong understanding of common security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
• Experience with security tools like Burp Suite, Nessus, and others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or equivalent.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
