Job Description
EY GDS is expanding its Cybersecurity Team and is actively hiring CDR Defender Specialists with expertise in Microsoft 365 Defender Suite implementation and development. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in threat detection, incident response, and security operations within the M365 environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Defender Suite for endpoint, email, and cloud security.
- Develop and enhance threat detection and incident response capabilities.
- Configure and optimize M365 security tools, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Perform security monitoring, log analysis, and event correlation to detect and respond to threats.
- Collaborate with security operations teams to improve cyber defense strategies.
Job Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in M365 security implementation and administration.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite (Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps).
• Knowledge of SIEM, threat hunting, and advanced security analytics.
• Experience in incident response and forensic investigation.
• Ability to develop custom detection rules and automation workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200), CISSP, CEH.
• Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and security enhancements.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks.
