Privacy Consultant – Mumbai – 2 to 6 Years Experience

Responsibilities:
- Work on Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data mapping, and compliance audits.
- Develop and implement privacy policies, data governance strategies, and security frameworks.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and cybersecurity teams to strengthen data protection measures.
- Advise clients on emerging privacy risks, automation, and security best practices.
Job Requirements
• 2-6 years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of DPDPA, GDPR, and other privacy laws.
• Experience with privacy risk assessments, gap analysis, and remediation plans.
• Certifications like DCDPO, CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE, or ISO 27701 are a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with global clients in data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on knowledge of privacy automation tools and technologies.
