Deloitte is hiring an IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Identity Access Management (IAM), risk management, and security controls. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IAM implementation and a strong ability to manage risks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Ensure risk and control compliance in IAM processes.
- Proactively analyze and mitigate security risks within the IAM domain.
- Lead and motivate a team in handling IAM challenges and security governance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IAM security frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and support for IAM implementation projects.
Job Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IAM domain implementation.
• Strong understanding of risk and control principles in cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in IAM tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with leading IAM solutions (SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, etc.).
• Knowledge of access governance, identity lifecycle management, and authentication protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
