Job Description
India INX, a subsidiary of BSE and India’s first international exchange, is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing information security policies and strategies to protect critical financial infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the information security strategy and risk management framework.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards.
- Implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence.
- Collaborate with senior management and regulatory bodies on security initiatives.
- Oversee cyber risk assessments, vulnerability management, and data protection.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in a CISO or senior information security leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessment, incident response, and security governance.
• Expertise in financial sector security compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience in financial services or stock exchange security management.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, data privacy, and cyber resilience.
