Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify malware, ransomware, and other types of malicious software.
- Conduct reverse engineering and in-depth analysis of suspicious files and activities.
- Develop tools and scripts for automating malware detection.
- Provide recommendations for improving security posture based on findings.
- Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and malware incidents.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in malware and cybersecurity.
Job Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience as a Malware Analyst or in a similar cybersecurity role.
• Strong knowledge of malware analysis techniques, including static and dynamic analysis.
• Familiarity with disassemblers and debugging tools (e.g., IDA Pro, OllyDbg).
• Experience with network traffic analysis and reverse engineering.
• BE/BTech, ME/MTech, or MCA in relevant fields.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications like CEH, GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM), or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
