OT Security Specialist – India / Remote – 5 to 7 Years Experience

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced OT Security Specialist to join our Cybersecurity team. If you have expertise in Operational Technology (OT) security and can join within 30 days, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OT security strategies to protect industrial control systems (ICS).
- Assess and mitigate cyber threats targeting SCADA, DCS, and IoT environments.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance audits.
- Implement network segmentation, access controls, and security monitoring for OT environments.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance cybersecurity resilience.
Job Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in OT Security, ICS/SCADA security, or Industrial Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.).
• Experience with NIST, IEC 62443, and other OT security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in threat detection, risk mitigation, and security architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443, or equivalent OT security certifications.
• Experience working with critical infrastructure industries (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Utilities, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
