Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SOC Analyst L1 to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring security incidents, analyzing threats, and providing first-level responses to cyber attacks. As a key part of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will ensure the organization’s network and systems are secure from evolving threats.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Analyze security events and detect potential threats.
- Escalate critical incidents to higher-level analysts.
- Respond to security incidents by following predefined protocols.
- Perform basic malware analysis and threat intelligence gathering.
- Prepare incident reports and document security events.
Job Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience as an SOC Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of network security, threat detection, and incident response.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Understanding of scripting and automation tools for security operations.
