As a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer at Virtual Calibre, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will be critical in solving complex technical challenges while supporting the organization’s infrastructure needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including server maintenance, network management, and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Job Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of server management, networking, and cloud technologies.
