Job Description
SP CYBERWORD PVT LTD is looking for a motivated Security Analyst Tier 1/Tier 2 to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time position, ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience in cybersecurity. You will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the protection of our systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Perform initial incident triage and escalation to Tier 2 when required.
- Assist in threat analysis and vulnerability management.
- Conduct system and network log analysis.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to respond to threats and attacks.
- Document security incidents and create detailed reports.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with security operations and monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Basic understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Internship or coursework experience in cybersecurity.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automating tasks (e.g., Python, Bash).
