Job Description

Airtel Digital is looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to lead critical projects aimed at protecting the company’s digital assets. This role requires a strong understanding of both cyber security protocols and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end cyber security projects across various teams.
  • Ensure that all security projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Manage the implementation of new security technologies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Report project progress to stakeholders and upper management.
Job Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in cyber security and project management.
• Solid understanding of security protocols, encryption, firewalls, and incident management.
• Proven experience in managing projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in large-scale digital platforms or telecommunications.
