Job Description

We are seeking a Network Support Engineer with extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting various network components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of network systems, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting the network infrastructure for uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, UTM, routers, and L3/L2 switches.
  • Configure and maintain VLANs and network infrastructure.
  • Handle WAN, LAN, VLAN, P2P, and VPN network management.
  • Set up and manage wireless controllers (WLC), access points, and campus Wi-Fi (WLAN) for on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Configure and manage BYOD, NAC, and DMZ.
  • Manage AAA and Radius authentication for Wi-Fi networks.
  • Monitor network performance using tools like ManageEngine OPManager and Log360.
Job Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 4.5+ years in network support.
• Expertise in network management, including firewall/UTM, routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for WAN, LAN, VLAN, P2P, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with DMZ, AAA, and Radius authentication.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like ManageEngine OPManager and Log360.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/B.E (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, or any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Knowledge of BYOD and NAC configuration is an advantage.
• Experience with on-premises/cloud WLAN management.
