We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Ajax Network Solutions, established in 2011, provides cutting-edge cyber security solutions across India, with our head office in Ahmedabad. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide crucial support for hardware and networking systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and security issues.
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Document support processes and maintain records of issues and solutions.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets.
Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hardware & Networking.
• 0-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cyber security solutions.
• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
