Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at 3i Infotech Ltd. This exciting opportunity offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely from India or onsite in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, with occasional travel to Dubai as per project needs. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing security policies, conducting audits, and mitigating risks to ensure robust cybersecurity measures across our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Security Policy Development:
- Design and maintain comprehensive security policies in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Conduct security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Develop action plans to address audit findings and ensure compliance.
- Security Process Setup:
- Establish and document security processes and workflows.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to implement cohesive security measures.
- Risk Management:
- Assess and prioritize security risks.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the effectiveness of security controls.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of security standards, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with security audits and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with offshore and on-site project coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
