Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
  • Monitor and maintain systems and networks.
  • Respond to service issues and requests promptly.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses.
Job Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are an advantage.
• Experience in cloud services and virtualization technologies.
