Are you a CyberArk expert with over 3 years of experience? We’re hiring for a CyberArk Support Engineer in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Kolkata. If you have a strong background in CyberArk solutions and a certification in Sentry/CDE, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for CyberArk components including CPM, PSM, and PVWA.
  • Apply patches, conduct DR drills, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Manage CPM policies and Enterprise Change Management processes.
  • Customize CPM and PSM connectors as needed.
  • Work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support.
Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk components like CPM, PSM, and PVWA.
• Certification in Sentry/CDE (mandatory).
• Proficiency in CyberArk solutions, SIEM tools, and 2FA.
• Experience working with Windows servers, UNIX servers, and databases.
• Familiarity with CPM policies management and enterprise-level change management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
