Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, and hardware support. The role involves providing comprehensive support to our clients and ensuring that their IT infrastructure is functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support to end-users, resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Manage and support hardware devices, ensuring their optimal performance.
  • Utilize ticketing tools to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve system-related issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain documentation of support processes and procedures.
Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, technical support, and hardware support.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supporting multiple locations.
• Certifications in relevant IT fields such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent.
