Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in routing and switching configurations, with strong troubleshooting abilities. Candidates with backgrounds as field engineers, broadband engineers, or similar roles are not suitable for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and troubleshoot network systems, including routing and switching.
  • Maintain and support firewall and load balancer configurations.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical staff to address networking issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams, clients, and staff across the organization.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Work in rotational shifts as part of a 24×7 operations team.
Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of technical experience with routing and switching configurations.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Passionate about networking, IT, or cloud technologies.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MSc/MCA or equivalent degree.
• Post-graduation in Technology is preferred.
• Experience with firewalls and load balancers is an added advantage.
