Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer for our Mumbai office. The role involves providing L1 desktop support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and have at least 2 years of experience in desktop support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktop systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in installing and configuring computer systems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Provide support for network connectivity and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability for joining.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar.
• Experience with remote desktop support tools.
• Familiarity with IT service management software.
