Job Description
Airtel Digital’s Cloud & Operations team is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer for L1 and L2 level support. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to manage and secure our data centers, firewalls, and other critical network components.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 level network security support.
- Manage and monitor Datacenter security operations.
- Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls including Cisco ASA, PaloAlto, and Fortigate.
- Handle Zscaler, Proxy, and Cisco ISE related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security compliance.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents promptly.
Job Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of experience in network security.
• Hands-on experience with Datacenter management at the L2 level.
• Proficiency with Firewalls: Cisco ASA, PaloAlto, and Fortigate.
• Experience with Zscaler, Proxy, and Cisco ISE.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications in network security (e.g., CCNA Security, PaloAlto, Fortinet).
• Experience working in a telecom or ISP environment.
• Knowledge of the latest security trends and threats.
