Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Arabic IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of MS Office 365, various operating systems (Microsoft and Apple), and experience in handling ticketing systems such as IBM Resilient, Manage Engine, or ServiceNow. You will be working with SIEM systems (Security Information and Event Management) and providing both remote and on-site service desk/call center support. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and operating simple-routed LAN, routed WAN, and Switched LAN and LANE networks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide service desk/call center support remotely and on-site.
  • Install, configure, and operate LAN, WAN, and network systems.
  • Manage and resolve tickets using systems like IBM Resilient, Manage Engine, or ServiceNow.
  • Work with SIEM systems for security information and event management.
  • Install Windows patches and manage applications using Desktop Central.
  • Handle Avaya IP telephony and Cisco systems.
  • Configure and manage routers and firewalls, including access lists.
Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and various operating systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems like IBM Resilient, Manage Engine, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SIEM systems.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, and network systems.
• Strong skills in configuring and managing routers and firewalls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Avaya IP telephony and Cisco systems.
• Experience with installing and managing Windows patches and applications.
