Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team at Wipro. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Forgerock Access Manager, OKTA IDAM, SailPoint IDAM, and PingFederate. You will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage identity and access management solutions using Forgerock, OKTA, SailPoint, and PingFederate.
  • Develop and enforce security policies related to IAM.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate IAM systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to maintain compliance.
  • Provide support and training to other team members on IAM practices and tools.
Job Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Forgerock Access Manager, OKTA IDAM, SailPoint IDAM, and PingFederate.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and best practices.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in IAM technologies (e.g., OKTA, SailPoint).
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of programming languages for IAM customization.
• Prior experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
