Job Description

Truly Nolen Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced IT Admin Support professional to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with proven experience in managing and troubleshooting various operating systems and network configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • Manage and configure network setups, including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and processes.
Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Familiarity with network configurations, including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
