Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking skilled OIM Consultants who are ready to start early. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Identity Access Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
  • Develop and manage identity and access management workflows.
  • Integrate OIM with various connectors and external systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy OIM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OIM implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Job Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with Oracle Internet Directory (OID).
• Strong knowledge of IDM and connectors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
