Job Description
We are seeking a skilled L1 Support Engineer with expertise in MuleSoft to join our dynamic team at Saanvi Technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, and familiarity with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for MuleSoft integration issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API integration problems.
- Monitor and manage API performance using MuleSoft monitoring tools.
- Interpret and analyze error messages and logs.
- Assist in the transformation of data using DataWeave.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Job Requirements
• 4 to 6 years of experience in MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Understanding of MuleSoft flow components and connectors.
• Knowledge of API management and integration patterns.
• Understanding of REST principles and HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
• Ability to read and interpret error messages and logs.
• Basic knowledge of DataWeave, XML, and JSON formats.
• Familiarity with common API integration issues (e.g., authentication failures, timeouts).
• Knowledge of MuleSoft monitoring tools for tracking API usage and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Additional certifications in MuleSoft or related technologies.
• Prior experience in a remote support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
